If the reseal is performed at the proper time prior to the siding wearing all the way to bare concrete, only the clear sealer is required. If the concrete has been worn, it will be necessary to coat the siding with both solid paint and a clear coat. If this occurs, the cost would be higher.
As with our new siding, there will be a natural variation in color and hue.
You can apply the sealer yourself or hire a contractor, however, we strongly recommend utilizing the trained employees of ClearCreek Siding.
Unfortunately, we cannot warranty work performed by a 3rd party.
Material would cost $89.00 per gallon plus freight. A gallon typically covers 150-250 SF.

ClearCreek's Concrete Log and Timber Siding can be installed on any relatively flat surface that is clean, dry, and free from defect. In some instances special fasteners may be needed.
ClearCreek's Concrete Log and Timber Siding is designed to last for the life of your building. It is made up of a solid insulation core, covered with two layers of Fiberglass Reinforced Concrete making it very impact resistant. It is then coated with a high quality Concrete Sealer to protect it from the elements. The siding is resistant to fading, water, and animal or insect attacks.
Our siding is very low maintenance. It may need a washing with a water hose occasionally. ClearCreek's siding is sealed with a high-quality UV resistant and anti-yellowing acrylic concrete sealer. While the sealer will provide many years of protection, it is natural that with exposure to sun and weather, it may need to be reapplied between 10-12 years, depending on the amount of exposure. The concrete sealer applied at the time of production is warranted for the first 10 years. For projects that are at elevations above 5,000 feet, the sealer may need to be applied sooner. Please speak to your ClearCreek representative regarding the sealer type.
While we recommend that our siding is best installed by siding professionals, anyone with a good understanding of carpentry could learn to install the siding. We have installation professionals available to assist with answering all of your installation questions.
